  This place is great on making delicious cakes, but you better be a client that is having a wedding. Well, that is the impression I got from them. Other than that, you are not important. I had my husband picked up my cake on Saturday, when he brought it home it was wrong. I called them, and they said they couldn't do anything about it, because Susan is out with clients and I can bring the cake back on Monday. I came on Monday and the place was closed. I called the emergency number and the owner said she had the flu and she will deal with it, when she return. On Tuesday, I haven't heard anything; therefore I took the cake up there and her staff said she will be in today and she will solve the problem. On Wednesday it is 11:00A.M and I haven't heard anything. I call the business and they said she is with a client and she will talk to me later. Now I'm confused, but I'm a client too. When I arrive up there, she was talking to a client. She made it sound like I wasn't understanding towards her being sick and that is not the case at all. All she had to do is communicate and show her clients that she can be trusted. After all, I did trust you to make a cake for an important event for me. She was well enough to talk to her client.I was dealing with this problem since Saturday. I think I was very patient. Susan all clients are important and remember small orders add up in quantity. Also you never know who is referring you to other businesses or social events.

  Susan and crew made our cake for our wedding in February. Every time we went into the shop she was absolutely wonderful to speak to. Incredibly helpful and kind. They absolutely do get busy, so I recommend giving them plenty of notice until your event. The cake was delicious, delivered on time, and set up properly for us. Once we ordered it, we didn't have to mess with it at all. Absolutely worth everything we paid for it.

  We were absolutely disappointed when we arrived to pick up a graduation cake on Saturday, the day before graduation. The maroon cap did not match the maroon in the buttercream and colors were bleeding together giving it a messy appearance. The cake was very dense and lacked flavor, except the peanut butter flavor was good. It was to late for us to do anything about it and way over priced.
